What to expect:

  • Define and analyse the target audiences for assigned training and/or deployment projects in order to understand their business environment and identify their information requirements and any knowledge gaps.
  • Define the training and/or deployment activities set, the delivery media and the project plan, for training and/or deployment projects of medium complexity.
  • Timely draft, write and revise training scripts/learning tips so as to satisfy users' information requirements relating to products/services ensuring consistency, relevance, accuracy and usability.
  • Ensure the training and learning activities are reviewed for accuracy by the appropriate parties and by accountable parties before implementation.
  • Interface with internal functions/external partners to ensure compliance in the delivery of training/knowledge and services.
  • Conduct pilot testing and/or peer reviews to enhance the overall quality, relevance, speed and acceptance by the target audience

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of best practice techniques and methods in knowledge management, including standard procedures

What will make you successful:

  • Preferably university degree in IT or equivalent
  • At least 2-4 years of experience as knowledge management specialist or editor in software development, preferably in telecommunications and/or financial services
