With more than 10 years of experience serving a large customer base in manufacturing and hands-on expertise in programming, software and statistical data analysis combine with six sigma and lean manufacturing methodology, we help our clients to solve complicated operation problems – yielding profitability increases and driving service and product delivery excellence Description Responsible for design, managing and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) project to meet customer requirements and deadline. Responsibilities • Perform project initial feasibility study to identify customer requirements. • Able to translate or recommend to the required PLC solutions, modification, and type of hardware required. • Able to perform PLC programming, and HMI design • Required to make proposals and presentations • Required to work together with the mechanical fabrication team for the suitable solutions • To evaluate the existing system/application to identify areas for improvements • Provide on-site technical support and system trouble shooting Requirements : • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering. Graduates from local or oversea universities are welcome. • Good command of English, advantage if able to speak Mandarin or other foreign languages. • More than 5 years hands on experience in the field of Electrical & Automation in manufacturing industry. • In-depth knowledge of Instrumentation and Programmable Logic Control (especially PLC for OMRON, SIEMENS, & MITSUBISHI), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) • Experience in ladder diagrams with Mitsubishi, Siemens and Omron PLC • Experience working on small or medium scale projects.
