Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Manager at THE PINES MELAKA. The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, handling late check-ins, and addressing any issues that may arise. The Night Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related field
  • Ability to work night shifts and weekends
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service best practices
