SAMPLE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sample Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the creation, organization, and distribution of sample furniture pieces for clients and trade shows. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate sample delivery. JOB Responsibilities; • Oversee the R&D team in day-to-day activities to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency of sample production. • Review and align production schedules and efficiency with company targets to maximize output and quality of the samples. • Supervise the production of furniture samples in accordance with buyer specifications and company standards, ensuring high-quality output. • Work closely with R&D teams to ensure that samples meet aesthetic and functional criteria. • Maintain and manage the sample inventory, tracking requests and providing timely updates to relevant buyers. • Prepare and package samples meticulously for shipping to buyers and trade shows, ensuring all items are presented professionally. • Keep accurate and detailed records of all sample requests, shipments and buyer feedback for continuous improvement. • Assist in developing effective sample strategies to showcase new products and enhance marketing efforts. • Serve as the main point of contact for marketing teams regarding sample availability, timelines and specifications. • Actively participate in product development meetings, providing valuable insights on sample requirements and buyer feedback.
