Job Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate & supervise all M&E Installation works in the project site.
  • Preparation of multiple M&E coordination drawings and operation maintenance manuals and other relevant reports required.
  • Site monitoring inspection, liaison with local authorities, testing and commissioning. Safekeeping of all the documents and records.
  • Ensure all M&E works are in compliance to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish bi-weekly progress report, progress claims and M&E correspondence.
  • Liaise with consultants and sub-contractor on the M&E related matters.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 Year(s) of working experience in main contractor building construction environment.
  • Familiar with high-rise building construction (Mechanical Electrical).
  • Required Skill(s): Read Drawings, Microsoft office, Auto Cad.
  • Yearly renewable contract basis.
