> Basic salary + Allowance (Petrol, Phone) > Attractive Commission > Willing to work on weekend > Can start immediately Job Responsibility • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients. • Convincing customers to purchase products and services. • Answering customers’ concerns and queries. • Documenting sales and processing orders. • Gathering feedback from customers. • Conducting market research to identify customers’ needs and selling strategies. • Representing an organization at trade fairs and other business events • Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors. Job Requirement • Able to communicate with BC,BI,BM • A background in real estate is advantageous. • Good multitasking and team working skill is required. • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.) • Have a valid driving license and own transport. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Good in building rapport with customers. • Strong motivation to achieve sales target. • Team player.
