Responsibilities: 1.Lead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through to construction completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, specifications, and timelines. 2.Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations. 3.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to clarify project requirements, resolve design issues, and ensure smooth project progression. 4.Provide guidance and support to architectural staff, including architects, drafters, and interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 5.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design intent, addressing any issues or discrepancies as needed. 6.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery within established constraints. 7.Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope, budget, or timeline. 8.Ensure that all architectural work meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in JKR architectural design and project management, preferably in construction sector. 3. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. 4. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. 5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 6. Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects of varying scale and complexity, from concept development to construction administration. 7. Professional licensure or certification in architecture [if applicable] is preferred. 8. A passion for design innovation, sustainability, and continuous learning in the field of architecture.
