We live by our beliefs: Do Good, Obsess over customer experience, Own our success, Compete to win and Never give up We are looking for Revenue Manager Job Summary: To support the Revenue Management culture for driving revenue by leading cross departmental decision making to maximize different revenue streams. To lead the statistical and competitive information gathering and produce forecasts based on demand, timely and within accuracy expectations. Consult in discussions, recommend and implement overall revenue maximization strategies including business mix strategies, identifying revenue opportunities and group recommendations. Create, recommend and implement effective pricing strategies for all market segments and revenue streams with logical rate structures that drive revenues into the hotel. Maximize delivery through all distribution channels by implementing revenue management strategies and yield management tactics effectively in all channels. Supervise Revenue Executive on day to day tasks. Requirements: Possess a Degree in statistic, business or marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity. Aptitude for deriving information from data and using information to determine tactics and strategies. Understanding of distribution channels and ability to maintain good working relationships with various representatives. Good comminication skills including listening and putting thoughts in words that can build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders. Ability to lead a team, detect and develop talent. Knowledge of hotels operations is an added advantage.
