Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • A Master’s degree or MBA is often preferred. • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations. • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is often preferred or required. • Ability to lead and mentor HR team members. • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. • Understanding of diversity and inclusion practices. • Experience in a construction industry (ready mixed) can be a plus. • Knowledge of Sabah Law Ordinance • Proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial for diverse workplaces. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes. • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs. • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Manage performance appraisal and compensation systems. • Analyze HR metrics and develop strategies for improvement. • Processing and checking monthly payroll accuracy and timeline.
