Objectives of the position
This position collaborates closely with the hub's Human Resources (HR) team and the local leadership team to facilitate the growth and development of the Digital Hub. The role plays a vital part in a range of HR analytics, operational processes, and strategic initiatives, integrating both local and global HR efforts to drive success and innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform effective HR analytics by analysing key parameters in the HR field such as recruiting KPI, employee demographics, attrition etc.
- Process HR operational actions such as position administration tasks, employee transfers, leave updates, exit formalities coordination etc.
- Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of SAP HR data, adhering to established protocols and processes in accordance with BASF policies
- Supporting and providing guidance towards administrative leadership in relevant HR topics across the HR life cycle
- Support the performance management process and learning and development process for employees, including annual local talent review activities
- Work closely with steering team and hub management to share local HR policies and guidelines
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and compliance
- Support the new BASF group strategy implementation across the hub with key focus in HR related topics
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant fields
- At least 1-3 years of HR generalist/ executive experience in a multinational set-up
- Experience in handling employee data software systems such as SAP and HR ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
