Job Responsibilities: Payroll Management: • Process and manage the company's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages. • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll and taxation. • Set up and maintain payroll systems, ensuring they are efficient and effective • Liaise with payroll system vendors to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support • Prepare and submit statutory contributions and reports, such as EPF, Socso, and EIS • Liaise with payroll system vendors to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support. • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing HR Reporting: • Generate and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics. • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data to support decision-making. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management and other stakeholders HR Information Systems (HRIS): • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security. • Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRIS modules and features. • Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage. • Conduct payroll audits and ensure data integrity. • Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for HRIS processes and procedure • Participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Process and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to payroll. • Ensure compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant employment laws. • Support in HR projects and initiatives Qualifications: • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Min 3 years experiences in payroll management, HR reporting, and HRIS. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
