Responsible for the daily management of the restaurant to meet and maintain Richeese Factory operations standards. To be responsible for achieving the set targets in-store operations KPI’s To be responsible for having sufficient staffing to meet the store operations requirements To be responsible for training and developing outlet team to meet operations requirements and career development plan. To be responsible in product management to meet the quality requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards. To be responsible for maintaining Richeese Factory Malaysia's brand image and standards in all brand contact points. To be responsible for managing the profitability of the restaurant and meeting all financial targets. To be responsible for developing and executing sales building activities / Local Store Marketing to meet the sales target. To be responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction at each customer contact point. To be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in meeting all Richeese Factory Malaysia sanitation standards and local government requirements. To be responsible for meeting the safety and security requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards and local government requirements. To be responsible for complying with all the admin and paperwork requirements. To be responsible for building a high-performance team and creating a fun working environment. Uphold all company policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
