Business Intelligence Senior Consultant

1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive BI strategies, reports, and dashboards to align with client objectives for marketing and business growth. 2. Lead complex data analysis projects to uncover trends and actionable insights, delivering strategic recommendations that enhance branding and marketing efforts. 3. Collaborate with IT and development teams to optimize BI infrastructure and enhance software applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. 4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing best practices for data management, utilizing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. 5. Provide expert consultation on media, technology, and data advancements, contributing valuable insights during client meetings and presentations. 6. Offer deep industry insights to empower clients in making informed, data-driven decisions and maintaining a competitive advantage. 7. Mentor and train junior team members on BI tools, methodologies, and best practices, fostering a skilled and collaborative BI team environment. 8. Stay abreast of emerging trends in BI, IT support, media consulting, and technology solutions to continuously enhance service offerings and maintain competitive positioning. 9. Collaborate closely with C-level executives and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and ensure alignment with BI initiatives. 10. Lead BI projects from inception to successful deployment, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. 11. Oversee all phases of projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-deployment support to ensure successful outcomes. 12. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions to enhance BI offerings and maintain competitive advantage. 13. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower client teams to maximize the value of their BI investments. 14. Must be fluent in Nepal. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role. 2. Proven expertise in BI tools and platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL 3. Strong project management skills with experience leading BI projects from inception through to deployment. 4. Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to uncover trends and translate them into actionable business insights. 5. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to align BI initiatives with strategic goals. 6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to provide clear insights and recommendations to clients. 7. Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative BI environment.
