SENIOR SALES ENGINEER

Duties: 1. Technical Support: o Provide expert guidance during the sales process, including product demonstrations and technical consultations. o Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues. 2. Client Engagement: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges. o Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. 3. Sales Strategy Development: o Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth. o Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine approaches. 4. Proposal Development: o Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and presentations tailored to customer requirements. o Ensure that proposals address the technical and business needs of clients. 5. Training and Education: o Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on product features, benefits, and usage. o Develop training materials and documentation as needed. 6. Market Analysis: o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics. o Provide insights to product development teams based on market research and customer feedback. 7. Collaboration: o Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and customer support) to ensure successful project execution. o Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. 8. Feedback Collection: o Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements and new features. Technical Skills: Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sheet metal fabrication and precision metal stamping processes, including techniques such as laser cutting, CNC machining, and welding. CAD Software Proficiency: Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating and interpreting technical drawings and designs. Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, including lean manufacturing and quality control standards. Material Science: Understanding of various metals and materials used in fabrication, including their properties and suitability for specific applications. Technical Documentation: Ability to read and create technical specifications, engineering documents, and proposals that clearly communicate product capabilities. Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues related to product performance and providing effective solutions.
