OPERATIONS & DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE Criteria Required: Educational Qualifications 1. Minimum: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent. 2. Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field. Skills 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 2. ⁠Experience with Canva: Basic design work (flyers, social media graphics, etc.). 3. Organizational Skills: Able to manage company files, maintain digital and physical records, and ensure proper documentation. 4. ⁠Loan Processing Knowledge: Some experience or knowledge in handling loan documents, but training can be provided. 5. ⁠Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when dealing with documents. 6. ⁠Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks. 7. ⁠Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Bahasa Malaysia). 8. ⁠Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with cloud storage and file management systems. Experience 1. Fresh graduates with relevant skills can be considered. 2. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role. Personal Traits: 1. Proactive and able to work independently. 2. Trustworthy with sensitive information. 3. Good problem-solving skills.
