Live Host

-Responsible for hosting live stream on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok and Shopee -Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience's attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community. -Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and consumer experience in an attractive and creative manner during livestream session. -Provide accurate product information, including materials, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. -Track and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. -Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, visuals and overall presentation. -Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image. -Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
