• To supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff and contractors including C&S, M&E, Maintenance, grounds and security; • To plan, delegate and supervise on maintenance work; • To monitor and supervise the progress of ongoing projects and maintenance and upkeep of completed project; • To oversee all building-related activities and conduct regular inspection to determine the need for repairs or renovations; • To be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe, in order and well-functioning; • To ensure basic facilities such as utilities amenities are well-maintained and the premise is kept secure; • To educate site project team and site workers on safety procedures and practices to be adopted at the site and endure that they adhere strictly to safety standards; • To assist in managing budgets, increasing efficiency and ensuring cost-effectiveness; • To implement predictive, reactive, or preventive maintenance approach; • To ensure that facilities meet all regulations on safety, security, environmental and health standards; • To prepare all relevant reports and written recommendation; • To monitor and coordinate to resolve issues for all construction and maintenance works to ensure compliance with design specifications, timeline and other project requirements; • To review and plans financial projections for the job to ensure its accuracy and reasonable; • To attend relevant meetings and liaise closely with the local authorities, consultants, contractors and subcontractors; • To liaise and follow up with relevant authorities on requirements, approval, permits, correspondence, or any other subject concerning the projects and properties; • To work with consultants to proposed cost saving and ensure minimum Variation Orders (VO) for the project costing; • To ensure all works carried out in compliance with relevant authorities, clients and company requirement and standards; • To assist on payment processing which include detailed verification to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance to procedures and contract; • To monitor and observe the activities of Tenants within the premise and report any issues; • To attend to any work-related emergency matters and report promptly; • To ensure proper documentation, reply and filing including instruction and correspondence with Client and Contractors either in hard copy or soft copy;
