1. To arrange mechanics to attend job after receive complaint from customer. 2. Implement all instructions as directed by Manager and responsible for the technical activities in the workshop such as Installation, overhauling and service job for the Head quarter and support to branches. 3. To manage incoming, in-process activities to ensure that product received produced and shipped to customer meet customer requirements. 4. To provide timely feedback on quality trend and performances to management and monitor corrective actions effectively. 5. To establish proper procedures and systems, ensuring quality products, processes and competencies for an efficient reliable operation of the Service activities throughout the regional service network. 6. To define quality standards for all processes and systems, including fabrication of equipment by sub- Contractors. 7. To monitor and supervise the established quality programs. 8. To communicate programs and standards to the respective team members and conduct quality sessions and guidance to them, ensuring their knowledge and respect of the established standards. 9. To conduct quality checks at sites, ensuring all processes up the stage of commissioning, testing and handling over of the equipment and plants are in accordance to established standards. 10. To evaluate and monitor the job and skill knowledge / performance of all mechanic in the service department. 11. To drive supplier quality program. 12. To drive the supplier / Customer warranty program. 13. Trade in Program — Report and costing. 14. To upkeep all the service manual / part list manual in the library. 15. To execute any other duties assigned by the Management. 16. To support the 24 hour customer care system and attend to the technical issues concerning service operation.
