Duties and Responsibilities: Development or marketing and recruitment strategy for North Asia: -To execute international marketing and enrolment strategies and plans for City University. • Organization of student recruitment roadshows in the assigned region: -To organize and represent City U in regional marketing and enrolment activities initiated by agents, embassies or government ministries in assigned regions. • University & Government Partnership Development: -To identify, explore, develop potential corporate partners in South Korea and Japan for recruitment or students for City University Malaysia and City Language Center programme. • Student Recruitment Agencies Management: -Identify and approach new student recruitment agencies in South Korea & Japan. -Provide briefing and training to new partners on programmes and promotions. • Sales Management: -To follow up on all leads based on the stipulated turnaround timeline towards enrolment. -To achieve enrolment targets of the international students from the assigned region. • Marketing promotion and advertising: -Develop adequate marketing materials for City University Malaysia and City Language Center programmes to meet the demands of the assigned markets. -Provide detailed marketing briefs to Social Media Marketing team for digital marketing and leads generation campaigns for the assigned regions. Requirements: • Possess at least a Bachelor in Economic/Marketing/Business Management • Show passion and be willing to go the extra mile to provide quality in assisting developing adequate marketing materials for market in local and international. • Must be able to speak in English and Korean fluently.
