M&E SUPERVISOR

JOB DIS • Daily site activities, job quality, field supervision & loss prevention • Guide supervisor about M&E works, ensure progress is following schedule, quality standard is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time. • Preparation of site diary, fortnight report, and progress report. • Coordinate with consultant, and sub-contractor on design and technical matters to ensure smooth implementation of the project. • Monitor site progress to ensure the project delivers within the timeline. • Follow up and report on the project progress, T&C report, etc. • Able to understand local standards and Code of Practice by ensuring the site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements. • Assist in overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements. • Perform other miscellaneous duties and assigned duties by superior. REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building Construction/ Architecture technical or equivalent. • Candidate experience in high-rise buildings and, civil and infrastructure projects. • Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia. • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position. • Computer literate in industry-related software such as MS Project/ Word/ Excel. • Willing to work long hours when required. • Willing to work on Sunday, Public Holiday, if needed.
