Job Description: -Perform the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Hiring process to ensure the right talent for the right job. -Coordinate and carry out the Onboarding program for new hires. -Prepare weekly HR reports, including HR planning and updates. -Coordinate the KPI setting and PMP/PIP processes. -Evaluate training effectiveness, perform TNA/TNI and propose Annual Training Plan to achieve training objectives. -Handle ER/IR issues, grievances, and disciplinary process, promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement. -Assist in HR projects as assigned by the Management from time to time. Job Requirement: -Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field from an established University/College. -Min five (5) years solid experience in HR Management as a Generalist in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Engineering or Manufacturing Industry. -Possess high integrity with proactive attitude and strong Compliance with Ethics Policy. The Company seeks someone with a “Make the Impossible, Possible!” mindset. -Well-versed in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. -Proficient in English both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills. -Posses good problem-solving and negotiation skill, with a proactive and forward-thinking approach. -Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
