Duties and responsibilities 1. Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities. 2. Complete sales targets and related tasks set by the hotel. 3. To ensure seamless relationship between clients and other departments 4. Prepare proposal, contract and banquet event order of clients. 5. To actively solicit new potential accounts within areas assigned. 5. Engage with booker, influencer and decision makers to maintain a good client relationship and to solicit for future businesses. 6. To be fully aware of the potential and buying decisions of all key accounts, competitive information on rates and volume to allow for specific strategic planning related to such accounts. 7. To ensure that group resume, long stay memo, site inspection memos, VIP List and other important information are distributed to support department in a timely manner. 8. Liaise with clients and other relevant departments to ensure all arrangement of event is in order and meets the client’s need. 9. To follow up on client’s enquiry and to show prospective clients the facilities of the hotel. 10. To ensure client’s satisfaction by getting feedback before and after event 11. Adhoc duties as and when assigned by the General Manager. Requirements 1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Hotel industry 2. Good English and Bahasa reading and writing 3. Able to work under pressure.
