Quantity Surveyor

As a Contract Executive, you are responsible to carry the duties as follows as may instruct from time to time by management which included but not limited to the project which develop by the Company and/or associate: - To be in-charge of all pre and post contract administration for designated project - Preparation and monitoring of project costing at regular basis, preparing taking off quantity and preliminary estimation - To advise on tendering procedures and contractual arrangement - Coordinate with the consultants for preparation of tender documents, drawings and providing cost estimates - Organize tender calling, conduct tender interviews, evaluating tender received and recommending for award of contracts, checking taking off quantity, calling quotation and cost breakdown comparison - Attend site meeting, site valuation and preparing payment certificated for contractors, consultants, sub-contractors - Valuation of variation orders and preparing final account statements - To assist the Contract Manager in assigned tasks - Ad-hoc as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
