Executive Software Engineer

Executive Software Engineer - Native Hindi • Develop and support PHP-based systems, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Develop and maintain technical documentation including both design and functional documents. • Performa a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required • Implement project applications according to specifications. • Research technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance company websites. • Work with external partners in the design and development of software solutions • Mentor junior development staff in PHP-related technologies. • Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Administer diagnostics to improve software stability and eliminate performance bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities. • Any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor of Software Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science or similar. • Minimum 3 years of related experiences • Required skill in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery • Required programming skills in object-oriented PHP • Required Database skills in MSSQL or other popular Databases. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to understand business requirements (user stories) and translate them into development tasks • Detail-oriented, innovative, Self-motivated, and well-organized, as well as enthusiastic with the ability to meet the deadline • Ability to work on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously
