CNC Turning Specialist

Main Job Duties Perform CNC Mill Turn machining operations, conversational programming, machine troubleshooting, job router, Inspection Plan and QMS document in order to deliver quality products. Essential Job Functions Perform first piece inspection after tool change for affected dimension. Perform adjustment on insert or cutter by offsetting or change new cutter. Setup CNC Mill Turn by installing and adjusting jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads and maintaining specifications. Responsible for keeping the machines and surrounding areas clean and tidy (5S) and working correctly on the shift basis. Optimizing production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed. Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time. Producing machined parts by Mazaktrol programming, setting up, and operating CNC Mill Turn machine; maintaining quality and safety standards. Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters. Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skill(s): Understanding of CNC machining, GD&T and control of product quality. 2-5 years CNC lathe experience – stable work history. Mill turn manufacturing experience is helpful. Applicant must be willing to work in shift. Have Valid Driving License
