    • Respond to online pre-sales inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and WhatsApps
    • Suggest suitable products based on customer business (as our products are inter-related), for both online and walk in customer.
    • Demonstrate product feature and explain benefits to walk in customers.
    • Follow up with customers on on-going orders.
    • Provide after sales technical support and resolve customer issues and enquiries in professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer need and address their purchase and support need.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, both speaking and typing.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
  • Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply as we will provide training.
  • Candidate with sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Candidate with e-commerce experience is an added advantage.
  • Candidate with tech related working experience is an added advantage.
  • E.G. Point-of-sales, software sales, computer shop, robotics, IT, software developments etc.
  • Tech savvy, or willing to learn about POS hardware and software.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in following fields: Business, Marketing and similar fields Computer Science, IT, Networking and similar fields
