QA/QC MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing to lead the quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet industry standards and customer requirements, while continuously improving the quality systems and procedures within the organization. WILLING TO WORK IN SINGAPORE Quality Management: Develop, implement, and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes for semiconductor manufacturing. Compliance: Ensure that all semiconductor products and processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce defects, and increase product quality. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product failures and defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the QA/QC team, fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization. Quality Audits: Conduct internal and external quality audits to identify gaps and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality procedures, test results, and compliance records. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards and address any issues with non-conforming products. Reporting: Generate detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting trends, areas of concern, and recommended actions for improvement. Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to address quality concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with semiconductor products.
