PRODUCTION MANAGER

QUALIFICATION Min. 'Degree in Engineering' with at least 5 ~ 8 years working experience in 'PCBA' and ‘Box Build’ related environment. REQUIREMENT Good management, communication & technical skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Able to work in a team Able to provide guidance to his/her subordinates RESPONSIBILITY 1. Reports to 'Chief Executive Officer' 2. Ensure weekly production schedule is 'efficiently planned' & 'executed'. 3. Responsible to ensure plant wide 'Total Preventive & Predictive Maintenance'. Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. 4. Responsible to ensure that 'raw material inventories in Production' are correctly tracked. 5. Responsible to ensure 'customer delivery dates' are met. Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary. 6. Responsible to ensure the 'plant wide surroundings & production floor' are safe & kept clean. 7. Represent company's management team to explore new market opportunities. 8. Organize periodical review of production targets and quality problems. 9. Establish training programmes for all staffs and execute training records. 10. To coordinate various work groups to address customer complaint or quality issues. 11. Responsible for Cost Control in production & organize continuous plant wide cost savings programmes. 12. Organize resources for technical assistance & production support for trial runs or improvement plans 13. Oversee production process. 14. Responsible to ensure that subordinates are meeting the 'departmental goals/objectives' 15. To perform other job functions deemed necessary by management. ABILITIES AND SKILLS Exposure and experience in 'ISO / IATF Standard' is an advantage.
