Job Summary: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and ensuring the financial integrity of the company. This role will require a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. You will work closely with management to prepare financial reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets • Process monthly payroll and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.) • Manage invoicing, payment collections, and cash flow monitoring • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning • Reconcile bank statements and manage inter-company transactions • Monitor and control operating expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets • Support financial audits and provide relevant information to auditors as required • Stay updated on accounting policies, tax regulations, and other financial compliance requirements • Minor HR administrative duties • Purchasing • Preparation of Presentation slides. Qualifications & Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing the full set of accounts • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations in Malaysia • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and MS Office, especially Excel • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to sustainability. • Professional development and growth opportunities. • A chance to make a meaningful impact on the environment and local communities.
