MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

1. Establish, maintain and implement maintenance program for plant machinery & equipment. 2. Carry out wiring machinery installation and modification of machines and equipment. 3. Provide and implement cost-effective solutions for repair, maintenance and utility consumption issues. 4. To ensure maintenance schedule is been followed in accordance to safety requirement & operating procedures. 5. Planning of major maintenance services (routine and preventive), required by the facilities. 6. Plan and maintain spare parts inventories for machinery, facility and equipment. 7. Maintain and sustain good 5S for all maintenance related tasks as assigned. 8. Coordinating training sessions in facility maintenance, safety procedures and methods. 9. Supervises maintenance workers and contractors. 10. Responsibly handling emergency situations or after-hours call for repair and maintenance. 11. To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by the superior. MINIMUM SKILLS / REQUIREMENT / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION Knowledge in metal working like metal cutting, welding and plumbing is required. Knowledge in electric and electronic equipment's/apparatus. Able to manage and handle 415V electrical equipment including operating, switching, maintaining and troubleshooting of motors, pumps, heating system, rectifiers and other related system. Competence to plan maintenance schedules. Manages maintenance workers and has strong leadership and interpersonal skills. At least Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing process or Engineering
