OPERATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Support the weekly operations production schedule ensuring any shutdown work is integrated into the maintenance plan Ensure every operation department process in schedule  Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting for all systems and machinery equipment in factory. Analyse daily and weekly data to identify trends and recommend changes to operating strategies to optimize performance Ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Communicate with overseas suppliers about machinery maintenance matters Operational supervision of inventory and consumables availability including cost control Identifying defects and performing root cause analysis Operational supervision of service providers through to completion of works Drive operational excellence using process improvement techniques Providing support to the operations, maintenance and technology teams Coordinate the work tasks of various production departments. 10+ years of experience as an operations/machinery specialist management or in a similar role. Ability to analyze and improve operational processes. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Strong self disciplinary management ability Ability in speak, write , read in mandarin language High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure and high thermal environment
