BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR A TACTICAL SOURCING ADMINISTRATOR (VIETNAMESE SPEAKER) SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced Non-Management FUNCTION: Tactical Sourcing (Operations) SALARY RANGE: Starting at RM5,400 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus LOCATION: Bandar Sunway, Selangor ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES The incumbent is responsible for the scope of tactical sourcing (indirect goods and services), ensuring the supply for the area assigned, offering the best alternative for the company in terms of cost, features and services. Besides, realize savings and cost reduction initiatives. Reports to: Tactical Sourcing Manager Reporting Level: Individual Contributor Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific & Middle East Africa WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR • Support the process for goods and / or services required by tactical team members ensuring compliance to landscape and purchasing policy • Cost (price, freight, payment terms), Characteristics (quality, duration, presentation, performance, economy of use) and Services (Time of delivery, warranty, service and maintenance) • Align with timely delivery and quality of the information required by the Local and Regional • Supervise and evaluate the performance of suppliers, research and identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities and evaluate their suitability based on quality, cost, reliability and other relevant factors • Ensure visibility (through the Purchasing system) on the price list negotiated with suppliers, contracts and Standard Level Agreement • Update the procurement system with price agreements, suppliers, payment terms and delivery timelines • Daily reviews of the demand requested by the end users and update the system upon receipt of statement of work (SOW) and understanding of the requirement ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE • Equipped with a Bachelor Degree holder • 3-5 years of working experience in Procurement is required • Vietnamese Language speaking and reading capability • Good command of Microsoft Excel • Proficient in COUPA (or any ERP platform) will be an added advantage WE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
