LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER - Central Monitoring

Receiving the correct products, properties, and documents to the Store with the complete amount. • Releasing the products or properties and the documents from the Store with the complete amount and accurately in each step. • Administering the security for the sales area and preventing unexpected situations from outsiders that might obstruct the selling. • Ensuring the safety of the staff within the company’s area. Complying with the staff to operate and follow the laws. • Providing the best security services to the customers. • Handling with the crisis or emergencies following the plan for the prevention, restraint, and restoration. • Administering the store’s areas, both inside the store and at the parking lot, for security and verifying the areas follow the checklist as the daily routine. Informing the supervisor when an unexpected situation happens. • Searching, sourcing, and finding facts rapidly and accurately when the damages or losses occur under the policies of the company. • Withdrawing the keys from the supervisor to open and close the doors of the store and, also, observe everyone who walking in and outside the Stores. • Closing, opening, and monitoring the CCTV system. • Checking for the readiness of the firefighting equipment and fire alarm according to the checking schedule and acting as a firefighter when there’s a fire. • Viewing live & recording CCTV in the central CCTV Room & produce daily & weekly reports.
