Location: George Town, Penang Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia preferred. • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management. • SPM level applicant also are welcome • Minimum 1-year working experience in the Front Office role. • Fresh graduate applicants also are welcome. • Proficiency with Hotel PMS (Property Management System) and MS Office • Good customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service skills, good physical stamina (for carrying luggage), excellent communication, and a professional appearance Responsibilities: Guest Service Assistant • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist them through the check-in process efficiently. • Ensure the check-out process is conducted under the Hotel's SOP, including settling guest accounts, processing payment, and issuing invoices. • Address guests' inquiries and requests promptly, and provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their stay experience. • Handle guest complaints in a professional and tactful manner • Maintain an accurate record of guest interaction, reservations, and financial transactions in the hotel management system. • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports regularly. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction is achieved. Bellman • Greet guests and assist with the transport of luggage to and from rooms, valet areas, or cars. • Provide a warm welcome to arriving guests and a courteous farewell upon their departure. • Assist with guest inquiries, provide local area information, and help with booking transportation, or other guest needs. • Be visible and available in the hotel lobby to provide assistance to guests, keep the lobby area clean, and report any security issues or maintenance needs
