Butler

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Requirements: • Diploma in hospitality, catering, or culinary arts • Ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin • Previous experience as a butler or similar role, with knowledge of wines, culinary standards, and dining protocols • Strong multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills Responsibilities: • Greet guests on arrival and accommodate their preferences and needs • Serve food and drinks, restocking and maintaining inventory as needed • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and maintained • Assist with luggage, formal table service, and general guest services • Organize tables with decor, such as flowers, and ensure fine antiques are maintained • Work with the kitchen for timely food and beverage service • Maintain a professional relationship with guests, ensuring a pleasant experience Benefits: • Annual Leave • Medical and Hospitalization Leave • EPF, SOCSO, PCB contributions • Performance Bonus • 5-day work week Skills Needed: • Time Management • Cleaning and Sanitization About the Company: M Resort & Hotel Sdn Bhd is a luxury hotel in Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
