Position: Outlet Chef / F&B Director
Location: OUG, KL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
- Process customer complaints patiently
- Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
- Oversee all supplies and services engaged by the department.
- Ensure awareness of trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service.
- Maintain professional business confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Culinary Professional Qualification/ Diploma/ Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in kitchen management, must be a creative person
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
