JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on the organization. Lead IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements. 2. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software. Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems and services. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. 3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members. Promote collaboration and communication within the IT team and with other departments. 5. Support and Service Management: Oversee the IT support function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Implement and manage IT service management processes, such as incident, problem, and change management. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with IT services. 6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor IT expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings. 7. Data Management and Analytics: Oversee data management practices, ensuring data integrity, availability, and security. Implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Min 10 – 15 years of experience in IT Strategic Planning/ Infrastructure Management Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a shared service or similar environment Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, systems and applications Experience with IT project management and implementations Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices Must be self-motivated with excellent leadership, and team management skils Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
