Job Overview As a Live Host, you will be the on-camera personality responsible for engaging with a live audience through online streaming platforms to promote products and boost sales. Key Responsibilities Live Streaming: Host live-streaming sessions on designated platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to promote and demonstrate products to a virtual audience. Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and building a positive connection with the audience to keep them engaged. Product Presentation: Showcase and describe product features, benefits, and promotions in an appealing and informative manner to encourage viewers to make purchases. Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and prepare for each live session, including selecting products, scripting key points, and preparing visual aids if needed. Sales Conversion: Apply persuasive selling techniques to increase sales during live sessions, including limited-time offers, bundles, or exclusive discounts. Performance Tracking: Record and report live session metrics, including view counts, engagement rates, and sales conversions, to assess session success and suggest improvements. Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and friendly image that aligns with the company's brand values and voice. Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in hosting, customer service, sales, or acting is preferred. Experience in e-commerce live hosting is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong camera presence, and the ability to engage with audiences spontaneously. Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and confident, with the ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected questions or situations. Other Requirements: Comfortable with flexible hours and live streaming for extended periods. Must be tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms.
