Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Arrange logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods, coordinating closely with external transport partners and customers to meet delivery timelines. Physical Inventory & Stock Take: Perform physical stock counts and ensuring reliable and accurate inventory records. Process Improvement & Escalation Management: Monitor warehouse and logistics processes, proactively manage any issues and implementing improvements. Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as at when required. Key Requirements 2+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with strong experience in inventory management and logistics coordination. Proactive, pleasant character, independent, resourceful & willing to learn attitude. High attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies on stock counts and logistics. Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.
