Electronic Product Technician

As Technical Service Technician, you are accountable for assisting the technical service team with day-to-day operations and support Service & Repair within the assigned product brands. Majority time is spent in technical services centre and field-visiting customers ‘sites generally in Sibu area. Key responsibilities as listed below: • Provides in-house repair services in the centre or on-site technical service. • Provides technical advice to customers and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems. • Manages capital & equipment. Location: Sibu Salary: • Monthly salary starting from 1500 (commensurate with experience) • Additional benefit: yearly bonus & salary increment; In depth product training; annual & medical leave etc… Job Type: Full-Time Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday, one hour lunch break); 8.30am to 12.30pm (Saturday) Requirements: • Vocational or Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Electrics and Electronics relevant major • 0 years of relevant experience • Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply • Active driver’s license is preferable • Good interpersonal communication skills • Can work independently • Team player with strong sense of responsibility to complete assignments on time, analytic skills and integrity • Can deliver a customer focused service to customers
