Responsibilities:- - Responsible to assist HRM/Assistant HRM. - Responsible to ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently. - Responsible to collect, calculate, and data entry in order to maintain and update payroll information. - Responsible to compile all summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages. - Responsible to determine the payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments. - Responsible to resolve payroll discrepancies. - Responsible to maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures. - Responsible for other ads hoc admin and payroll matters. - Responsible to prepare timely and accurate report when required by the Management. - Responsible for the smooth admin and payroll functions. Requirements:- - Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Degree and/ or equivalent. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage. - Exposure to the HR admin and payroll is a prerequisite. - At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Must be IT / ISO literate.
