Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business consulting services and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the SME sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our suite of services. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the SME sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Present and promote our services, including SME loans, government grants, and training and team-building programs, to prospective clients. Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide expert advice on the best solutions for clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams, including consulting, finance, and training departments, to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts and performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the business consulting or financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of SME loans, government grants, and training and team-building services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
