Key Responsibilities: Real-time Quality Monitoring: Monitor production lines to ensure that products meet quality standards at each stage. Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Data Collection and Reporting: Record data on production quality, track deviations, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Report any quality issues to the QC Manager and collaborate to find immediate solutions. Sampling and Testing: Collect samples from production lines for quality testing according to company protocols. Perform routine quality checks (e.g., texture, appearance, weight, sealing) to ensure consistency and adherence to standards. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the production team. Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions to address recurring quality issues. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all production processes adhere to food safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures and results. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations while maintaining quality. Coordinate with management to address and prevent potential quality issues. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a quality control role within the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and reporting software. Working Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Saturday. Availability for shift work may be required.
