  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • On time and optimal consolidation of materials to be shipped together to minimize freight cost and maximize service level.
  • Process the necessary documents required to export Customers' shipment.
  • Prepare outbound documents as per Ministry of Transport required by Consignees.
  • Valid Certificate Of Origin & Harmonized Code in system vs supplier invoices.
  • Forward export cargo details to appointed Freight Forwarding Agent.
  • Expedite Emergency orders (EMO's) within the given timeline.
  • Coordinate with warehouse administrator to ensure packing list is send to operation to facilitate the smooth outbound operation.

Job Requirements

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Some logistics and freight knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
