• Serve as a change champion towards secured document management program • Digitalise document - convert physical and sensitive document manually into electronic format • Extract and categorise digitalised documents from multiple repositories (e.g. network drive, MS SharePoint) to a single secured repository • Index digitalised documents – tag documents manually based on index filing guidelines • Organise and destroy documents securely • Support the operating model refresh between onshore and offshore users on document management and repository • Create data classification and inventory – catalogue that contains data element source, format, ownership, usage, location and retention • Other tasks as assigned --------------------------------------------------------- • Discretion and confidentiality – access to confidential and sensitive information • Precision and patience to work with details and routines • Ability to meet deadlines and work standards • Experience using MS Excel, MS Teams and MS SharePoint
