Quantity Surveyor

Duties and Responsibilities 1. To prepare of monthly progress claim. 2. To prepare of sub contractors payment certificate. 3 To assist for building material estimation for each project and take site measurements and verification. 4. To assist and coordinate for the materials and equipment delivery schedule. 5. To assist for the quantity comparison for tender and IFC drawings. 6. To handle for the quantity/material take off from CSA IFC drawings. 7. To assist Superior on handling pre and post site operation works. 8. To perform any other duties instructed by the Project Manager from time to time. Requirements and Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction or Civil Engineering, or related field · 5-10 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, or related field. · Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite · Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions *This position will be located at Seksyen 7, Shah Alam. *Candidate can start immediately are an advantages.
