F&B SERVICE CREW ASSISTANT CAPTAIN

- Immediate recruitment - Willing to work at Alice Smith School Secondary Campus at Equine Park, Seri Kembangan Will be responsible for: - Assist in training and motivating the service crew to maximize their potential and ensure the smooth operation of the outlet. - Collaborate with the Personnel Department and Outlet Manager in the recruitment and selection process for future vacancies. - Ensure that revenue, payroll, and operating expenses are within budget targets. - Liaise with the Head Chef to maintain consistent food presentation and service standards. - Provide full support to other Food and Beverage outlets, including in-house events, outdoor events, and special occasions. - Ensure prompt resolution of any guest complaints to maintain high service standards. - Organize and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. - Encourage responsible use of kitchen equipment and organize regular inventories. - Be fully responsible for tuck shop and cashier billing, ensuring all transactions are accurately completed. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, and maintain employee welfare. - All other related tasks.
