Retail Store Assistant

Primary Job description - • Provide exceptional Customer Service and Professional consultation for customers - Sales oriented • Maintaining the store's visual presentation and merchandising • Assist in managing stock inventory. • Perform sales or promotions activities, products, window display with procurement team. • Identify interests and understand customer needs and requirements. • To carry out any duties as the Company may from time to time assign • A good team player within the branch. - Control and check inventory What we're looking for - • Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin • Experience in Social Media is an advantage but not essential • Have the ability to work with limited supervision • Excellent customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped • Good knowledge of fishing will be preferable. • Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency on teams the role
