TEST ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct testing for our company's products (main features include Bluetooth/WIFI/NFC) and PCBA. Collaborate on the development, enhancement, and improvement of testing plans and related equipment. 2. Conduct research on functional testing requirements, understand customer needs, and product features to formulate detailed testing plans. 3. Write functional test plans, design test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage without omissions. 4. Prepare functional testing data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test data in line with real-world application scenarios. 5. Execute functional testing, identify and track defects and issues in the product, ensuring that product functionality meets expectations. 6. Analyze functional testing results, summarize findings, and provide suggestions for product improvements and optimization. 7. Prepare functional testing reports, summarizing the testing process and results, providing product assessments, and suggesting improvements. 8. Responsible for setting up the functional testing environment, including the preparation and configuration of hardware, software, and network environments. 9. Collaborate with change management in projects, promptly respond to modifications in testing plans. 10. Integrate with MES systems, providing timely testing reports and analysis conclusions for projects. 11. Research and develop testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. 12. Participate in the maintenance and upgrading of testing tools, ensuring their stability and reliability. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 2. 2-3 years of experience in electronic testing or equipment development in an equivalent position. 3. Familiar with electronic knowledge and electronic processes. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, with good moral character. 5. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Able to communicate in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Write), English, Bahasa Malaysia.
