Job Summary: The store admin clerk in a wholesale pharmacy is responsible for supporting the day-to-day retail and operational activities of the pharmacy. They assist in managing stock, ensuring the proper display of products, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, providing information about available products and services. Stock shelves with pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and other inventory. Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing stock in the storage areas. Ensure that products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to store policies. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints, escalating issues to the manager or pharmacist as necessary. Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in reordering inventory as needed. Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to pharmacy regulations when handling over-the-counter medications. Perform daily cleaning duties, including tidying shelves, sweeping floors, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records and filing paperwork. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred). Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products (preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting of products.
